Orders

Orders may be placed online at www.lilikoos.com at any time. A lili koos sales representative will confirm all orders. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 2-4 weeks for classic pieces. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships and sent the tracking information.

Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.

Lili koos reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

International shipping

Lili koos does ship internationally, if you would like to make a purchase outside of the european union, please contact us at info@lilikoos.com and we will have a sales representative contact you with additional details including shipping fees, expected delivery, etc.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for shopping credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. All custom pieces and special orders are final sale.  If you have a question as to what defines a custom piece or special order please contact info@lilikoos.com

Repairs

At lili koos quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of liko jewelry please contact info@lilikoos.com. Please include your name, address, order number and repair issue. You will be provided a repair authorization number which must be clearly labeled on the package.

Lili koos will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and communicated prior to the repair process beginning.

We will only accepts repairs for items purchased on lilikoos.com repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted at the studio.

Disclaimer of warranty and liability, servicing your item and additional information

Lili koos stands behind our products and guarantees all items be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the piece.  Should you find your item to have a manufacturing defect, it may be returned to us for further evaluation. If it is determined that your item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace the item if necessary.

If it is determined that the damage or issue is not caused by manufacturing defect, we will notify you of any repair costs or any other pertinent information before proceeding.

Since all of our items are made by hand, it must be noted that there will almost always be miniscule irregularities and/or slight variations in craftsmanship.  These characteristics are unique to your item and are not considered defects.

Having your ring inspected on a regular basis can extend the life of your jewelry.  Inspections, cleaning/polishing, and replating (for blackened white gold items) are all free for the life of your item. Any repairs will be billed at cost, and will be discussed prior to moving forward with repair.

Our warranty and services are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

Any servicing done to your ring outside of lili koos will cancel this lifetime warranty.

Lili koos will not provide warranties for damage due to everyday wear, loss or theft.  We recommend insuring all of your jewelry purchases through a licensed insurer.
