Gold
Our pieces are available in 14-karat or 18-karat gold—in yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold. Other materials are available upon request.

Gemstones & Diamonds
We use only meticulously selected diamonds and colored gemstones of the highest quality—including sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and rare pastel gemstones. Every single stone is set by hand.

Pearls
Our pearls are characterized by their natural luster and unique organic shapes.

Care & Wearability
To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, we recommend protecting it from contact with perfume, cosmetics, chlorine, and saltwater. Ideally, store your pieces individually in a soft pouch or box.

Every piece in our fine jewelry collection deserves meticulous attention
throughout its journey. That's why we ensure that each piece of jewelry is
packaged in a specially designed box, crafted for secure and protected
transport. The packaging reflects the luxurious identity of our brand and
provides a premium experience. Additionally, each package includes a
certificate of authenticity and a user guide for each piece of jewelry.

All LILI KOOS jewelry pieces are carefully handcrafted and undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipping.

In case of defective goods, the statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period is two years from delivery. Returns must comply with legal requirements. Damages resulting from improper handling, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us by email (hello@lilikoos.com) including a description of the defect and corresponding photo documentation. Depending on the individual case, we offer rectification (repair), replacement delivery, or refund. Defects caused by external influences or unauthorized repairs are excluded from the warranty.

For most online purchases of jewelry, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery, without having to give any reason.

Exceptions may apply to:

• custom-made/personalized jewelry,
• engraved items,
• goods manufactured according to customer specifications.
