GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES (GTC)

§ 1 SCOPE
All business transactions and deliveries are exclusively subject to the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Conflicting or deviating General Terms and Conditions of the buyer shall not apply. These conditions shall also apply exclusively if we carry out the delivery without reservation in full knowledge of conflicting conditions.

§ 2 CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, LANGUAGE, APPLICABLE LAW
The contractual partner is Atelier Muzo GmbH, Staudgasse 66 Top 6, 1180 Vienna, Austria. Company registration number: FN 656089m. Email: hello@lilikoos.com. Phone: +43 660 6028842. The contract language is German. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

§ 3 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Your order represents an offer to conclude a purchase contract. As soon as you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order (order confirmation). This does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A purchase contract is only concluded when we dispatch the product and confirm the dispatch to you by email (shipping confirmation). No contract is concluded for products not included in the shipping confirmation.

§ 4 RETURN COSTS, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCLUSIONS
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at hello@lilikoos.com. The exact details and the return procedure can be found in our return policy.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the receipt of your declaration of withdrawal. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:

Personalized products (e.g., engraved or custom-made jewelry)

Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

Gold jewelry subject to significant price fluctuations

§ 5 DELIVERY
Delivery is made from the warehouse of Atelier Muzo GmbH to the address specified by the buyer. Information on product availability can be found on our website.

Products are usually custom-made and shipped within approximately 3-4 weeks. Some items and sizes in stock are delivered within 1-5 business days within the EU. Shipping within Austria and the EU is free of charge.

For deliveries outside the EU, we reserve the right to calculate shipping costs individually. These may vary depending on the destination country and package weight. In such cases, the customer will receive an individual shipping offer. Furthermore, the customer is obliged to bear all applicable import duties, taxes or processing fees in the destination country themselves.

Shipping is exclusively via DHL. A tracking number will be provided. Please contact us and DHL immediately in case of transport damage or problems.

§ 6 PAYMENT
The buyer can pay using the payment methods specified on the website. The following payment methods are generally available:

Payment must be made in the currency specified on the invoice. Not all payment methods are available at all times. The seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

§ 7 PRICES
All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown separately.

§ 8 RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of Atelier Muzo GmbH until full payment.

§ 9 WARRANTY
If there is a defect in the purchased item, the statutory warranty rights apply. The period is two years from delivery. Returns must comply with statutory requirements. Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us by email (hello@lilikoos.com) with a description and photographic documentation of the defect. Depending on the individual case, we offer repair, replacement, or refund. Defects caused by external influences or unauthorized repairs are excluded.

§ 10 DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected during the order process (e.g., name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number, payment details) will be used exclusively for contract fulfillment and customer service. Disclosure to third parties will only occur if necessary for processing, e.g., to shipping service providers (DHL), payment providers (Klarna, PayPal, Stripe) or technical service providers (Shopify Inc., Canada).

Newsletters are only sent after active consent (double opt-in) and can be unsubscribed at any time.

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Shopify Analytics to analyze user behavior. Non-essential cookies require your consent via the cookie banner (Consentmo App).

External content such as Instagram feeds, Google Fonts, YouTube videos, and Google Maps may also collect data. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

Your data will be stored for the legally required period (usually 7 years for accounting data). Account data remains stored as long as the customer account is active.

You have the right to request information about your stored personal data at any time and to request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Please contact us at hello@lilikoos.com.

§ 11 FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for the non-fulfillment of our obligations if this is due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

§ 12 COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at hello@lilikoos.com. We strive for a fair and timely solution. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers can submit complaints via the EU's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR IN-PERSON PURCHASES (POINT OF SALE)

These General Terms and Conditions of Atelier Muzo GmbH apply to purchases made in person, e.g., in an office or showroom.

SALES FOR PRIVATE USE
All sales are exclusively for the private use of the buyer. Atelier Muzo GmbH reserves the right to limit the number of items sold per customer. Commercial resale is not permitted.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
An invoice will be issued for all purchases. Goods – with the exception of personalized or custom-made items – can be returned for store credit within fourteen (14) days, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are excluded from returns and exchanges and are only accepted against full advance payment.

DATA PROTECTION
Personal data collected in connection with a purchase may be used by Atelier Muzo GmbH for legal and business purposes. Customers have the right to request information about their stored data or to request its correction at any time. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
