Returns & Refunds

This return policy applies to all online purchases made through our webshop (https://www.lilikoos.com), operated by Atelier Muzo GmbH, Staudgasse 66 Top 6, 1180 Vienna, Austria. For any questions, please contact hello@lilikoos.com.

1. Right of WithdrawalCustomers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to ReturnPlease send your return request in advance by email to hello@lilikoos.com. Upon approval, you will receive detailed information about the return address and procedure.

Returns may only be made according to the instructions given in the return confirmation and to the address specified therein. Unannounced or incorrectly addressed returns will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for an Accepted Return

Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The return package must be complete (incl. certificate of authenticity, instructions, etc.).

Goods must be returned within the 14-day period (postmark date applies).

4. Exceptions to the Right of Return

According to § 18 FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act), there is no right of withdrawal for the following products:

Personalized products (e.g., engravings)

Custom-made / "made-to-order" jewelry

Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

Gold jewelry subject to significant price fluctuations

5. RefundUpon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount (incl. standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer.

6. Shipping Damage or ComplaintsPlease report visible shipping damage or obvious defects immediately upon receipt by email to hello@lilikoos.com and, in parallel, to the shipping service provider (DHL).
