SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via our webshop (https://www.lilikoos.com), operated by Atelier Muzo GmbH, Staudgasse 66 Top 6, 1180 Vienna, Austria.

  1. Shipping Regions & Costs We offer free shipping within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, we provide shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis due to varying costs and regulations. Please contact us at hello@lilikoos.com for a personalized shipping offer if your country is not listed at checkout.For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
  1. Delivery Times In-stock items: delivery within 1–5 business days after order confirmation.Made-to-order items: production and delivery take approximately 3–4 weeks. We will inform you throughout the process and provide updates via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
  1. Shipping Method We ship exclusively with DHL or comparable premium carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. All items are securely packed in a protective, branded jewelry box. Every shipment includes: a certificate of authenticity, a user guide for your piece
  1. Shipping Issues & Damages If your package arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us immediately at hello@lilikoos.com and notify the shipping carrier (DHL). We are happy to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.
