- Shipping Regions & Costs We offer free shipping within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, we provide shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis due to varying costs and regulations. Please contact us at hello@lilikoos.com for a personalized shipping offer if your country is not listed at checkout.For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.
- Delivery Times In-stock items: delivery within 1–5 business days after order confirmation.Made-to-order items: production and delivery take approximately 3–4 weeks. We will inform you throughout the process and provide updates via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Shipping Method We ship exclusively with DHL or comparable premium carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. All items are securely packed in a protective, branded jewelry box. Every shipment includes: a certificate of authenticity, a user guide for your piece
- Shipping Issues & Damages If your package arrives damaged or is delayed, please contact us immediately at hello@lilikoos.com and notify the shipping carrier (DHL). We are happy to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.
