Who is behind LILI KOOS?
Lili Koos is a jewelry designer and the 4th generation of a Budapest goldsmith tradition. In her Viennese studio, she combines this rich, traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. Each piece is designed with attention to detail and a focus on timeless elegance.
Where is the jewelry made?
Quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities. All jewelry is carefully handcrafted, combining traditional techniques with modern design. The pieces are made in Budapest and Vienna.
Products, Materials & Quality
What materials are used?
We work exclusively with high-quality materials:
- Gold: 14k and 18k gold (yellow gold, white gold, rose gold).
- Stones: Real diamonds, sapphires, pearls, and colored gemstones. Lab-grown diamonds on request.
- Sustainability: We value responsible sourcing of our precious metals and stones.
Are the diamonds certified?
Yes, for larger diamonds (especially for engagement rings), we provide corresponding certificates from renowned institutes (e.g., GIA) that confirm the quality and authenticity of the stone.
Do you also offer custom-made products?
Yes, custom designs are one of our core competencies. If you have your own vision for a piece of jewelry or would like to design an engagement ring according to your personal preferences, we will gladly assist you from the first sketch to the finished unique piece. Size & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
To ensure your ring fits perfectly, you can find a ring size guide on our website. If you're still unsure, please feel free to contact us or schedule an appointment at our studio to have your size professionally measured.
Can a ring be resized later?
In most cases, resizing is possible. However, please note that for certain designs (e.g., full-eternity rings), this can be technically complex or only possible to a limited extent. Feel free to contact us in advance regarding this.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Austria & EU: Standard shipping within the European Union can be found under Shipping Policies.
International: For deliveries outside the EU, we calculate shipping costs individually based on the destination country and the corresponding insured value.
How long does delivery take?
Items in stock: These are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
Made-to-order: As many of our pieces are custom-made for you, the delivery time is usually 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the item.
Is the jewelry sent insured?
Of course. All our shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my piece of jewelry?
You have the right to return unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you register your return in advance by sending an email to hello@lilikoos.com.
Which items are excluded from exchange?
In accordance with statutory provisions, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized products (e.g. with custom engravings).
- Custom-made products (unique items designed specifically at your request).
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Who pays for the return shipping?
The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend insured shipping, as we cannot assume liability for returns that do not reach us.
Care & Service
What's the best way to care for my jewelry?
To ensure your jewelry piece shines for generations, we recommend the following:
- Removing your jewelry before sports, sleeping, or showering.
- Avoiding contact with perfume, cosmetics, and cleaning agents.
- Cleaning with a soft cloth and, if necessary, with a very mild soap solution.
Is there a warranty on the jewelry?
The statutory warranty period applies. Should a defect occur within this period that is not due to your own fault or normal wear and tear, we offer professional repair or replacement.

Can I view the pieces of jewelry in person?
Absolutely. We offer personal consultations at our studio in Vienna. Please use our online tool for scheduling an appointment so we can dedicate enough time to your request.
