Warranty

In case of defects in the purchased item, the statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period is two years from delivery. Returns must comply with legal requirements. Damages caused by improper handling, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

In case of a warranty claim, please contact us by e-mail (hello@lilikoos.com), attaching a description of the defect and corresponding photo documentation. Depending on the individual case, we offer repair, replacement delivery, or refund. Defects resulting from external influences or unauthorized repairs are excluded from the warranty.

For most online purchases of jewelry, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery without giving any reason.


Exceptions may apply to:

  • custom-made/personalized jewelry,
  • engraved items,
  • goods manufactured according to customer specifications.
